Barretticus is the professional alias and production brand of Christopher Barrett, a Vancouver-based multidisciplinary artist and creative director specializing in designer art toys, illustration, and multimedia production. Under the brand Barretticus Entertainment, he produces original and "bootleg" action figures, often incorporating unique materials like diecast metal. He is the organizer of the Designer Art Toy Arena (DATA) at events like the Vancouver Comic & Toy Show, aiming to grow the art toy subculture in the Pacific Northwest.

Barretticus has a background in the entertainment industry, having served as a Lead Marketing Graphic Designer and Capture Artist for Electronic Arts (EA) specifically on NFS World and FIFA 15, 16, 17, and as a puppet fabricator and animator for various film projects. 

A life-long artist having worked in almost every art related industry that exists, everything from comics to movies. he fell in love with the designer toy subculture and entered the space in 2017 with his original character, Mumbo Gumbo, and Pennywise bootleg. Though he has only a few pieces, each one shows evolution and innovation in every figure with his latest featuring parts or entire works being made with diecast metal. He is currently working on several new projects ready to be announce in 2026, including a comic and action figure combo.

He lives in Vancouver with his wife and children.
